Privacy Policy
Who we are
This privacy policy applies to the website anderra.ch, operated by Anderra Management AG (“ANDERRA”, “we”, “us”). The contact details set out in the Legal Notice above also serve as the contact point for any data-protection matter.
What data we process
The anderra.ch website is a static, informational site. We do not operate user accounts, comment sections or media uploads, and we do not ask you to register or create a profile.
When you visit the site, our hosting and content-delivery provider may automatically process technical connection data — such as your IP address, browser type and user-agent, the pages you request, and the date and time of access — in server logs. This data is used to deliver the site securely, prevent abuse and keep the service stable. We do not use it to identify you personally.
When you contact us — by email at welcome@anderra.ch or by booking a call through our scheduling link — we process the information you choose to provide (such as your name, email address and the content of your message) solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange our services.
Booking and scheduling
We use a third-party scheduling tool to let you book an introductory call. When you book, the details you enter are processed by that provider on our behalf to confirm and manage the appointment.
Hosting and where your data is processed
Our website is hosted on a third-party cloud infrastructure. Data may be processed on servers located within and outside Switzerland; where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards for that transfer.
Cookies
Our website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function and to be served securely. We do not use advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) — and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at welcome@anderra.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
